The Salt Mine in hallein has always been a source of riches for the city of Salzburg and its surrounding area. in the oldest mine in the world that you can visit, you will discover a story that began 2.500 years ago: the tale of “white Gold". With the little train called “Grubenhunt” and two long slides you will enjoy a comfortable ride through the mine.

The rail ticket is valid for 1 calendar day (for a single round trip). Departing from any ÖBB station in Austria to the individual destinations, with an ÖBB train of your choice listed in the valid ÖBB timetable (for selected routes - further information is available from the ÖBB ticket counters, the ÖBB customer service or at railtours.oebb.at).
The Kombiticket is not valid for night trains!

Together with your rail ticket, you will receive a voucher for your leisure activity. At the ticket office of the recreational facility you would like to visit, you can then exchange this voucher for your ticket.

Before buying a Kombiticket Austria, please make sure you enquire about the opening hours and days closed or check the operating days and operating hours on the individual partners’ websites.
