Joie de vivre meets the future in Linz

Take a glance at the future, relax in wonderful natural surroundings, enjoy a slice of Linzer Torte in the baroque Old Town and admire oversized graffiti art: Visitors to Linz can experience this unique diversity. It is not only the history of the Danube city that will impress you. The present, the ongoing development and the future play an even more important role here.
State-of-the-art technology and incredible developments can be viewed by visitors to the Ars Electronica Center. The modern centre was also a decisive factor in Linz’s designation as a UNESCO City of Media Arts. This shows that the city by the Danube is one of the world’s particularly future-oriented locations.
Further highlights are LENTOS Kunstmuseum Linz, OK Offenes Kulturhaus Linz, the Musiktheater, the Brucknerhaus concert hall and voestalpine Stahlwelt. And at night, the Danube reflects the vivid play of colours created by the LED facades of the LENTOS and the Ars Electronica Center. To visit Linz means to immerse yourself in the everyday life of the lively Danube city and to experience many special moments.
