Cancellation, refund, rebooking

Kombitickets Austria and Messe and Wachau-Ticket

till 31/12/2024:

• Cancellation before the 1st date of validity of the Kombiticket or Wachau-Ticket: You will receive a 100 % refund of the Kombiticket.
• Cancellation after the 1st date of validity of the Kombiticket or Wachau-Ticket: No refund of the Kombiticket is possible.

In order to receive a refund, it is necessary to return the entire set of unused tickets! It is not possible to get a refund for partially unused services!

Kombitickets Winter Sports 2023/24

• Cancellation before the 1st date of validity of the Kombiticket: You will receive a 100 % refund of the Kombiticket.
• Cancellation after the 1st date of validity of the Kombiticket: No refund of the Kombiticket is possible.

In order to receive a refund, it is necessary to return the entire set of unused tickets! It is not possible to get a refund for partially unused services!

Kombitickets Events & Concerts
It is not possible to rebook or cancel tickets that have already been booked!

Kombitickets With the Nightjet to the snow

• Up to 16 working days before arrival: € 50.00 cancellation charge per booking
• Cancellation from 15 working days to 8 working days before arrival: cancellation charge of € 150.00 per person
• Cancellation from 7 working days before arrival: cancellation charge of 70% from the package total price

Processing fee for changes of any kind after fixed booking: min. € 30,- per booking
A rebooking is treated as a cancellation and a new booking.
We recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance!

Kombitickets With the Nightjet to the mountains

• Up to 16 working days before arrival: €50.00 cancellation charge per booking
• Cancellation from 15 working days to 4 working days before arrival: cancellation charge 60% of the total package price
• Cancellation from 3 working days before arrival: cancellation charge 90% of the total package price

Processing fee for changes of any kind after fixed booking: min. € 24,- per booking
A rebooking is treated as a cancellation and a new booking.
We recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance!
